Objective Definition
Since June 2006, I've been shopping for a replacement car for my 1990 BMW 735i. My car is in good condition but it has
194,000 miles and while it's in good shape, I decided to find another one. I had the chance to drive a 740i 1998 that I really
enjoyed back in 1998. I looked for this model and Mercedes-Benz equivalent.
I started by describing exactly what I wanted BEFORE starting to shop around. Since we already have a BMW Z3 and
an original 1988 Nissan 300zx, changing the 7 series was not an emergency. So I described what I was looking for.
Specifications were as follow:
- Budget: $15,000 max
- Milleage: Under 100k
- Clean title, no accident
- One owner maximum
- Black exterior/Black interior
- 750 miles from Buffalo.
This was very critical for my search.
